Senior Product Designer

About the role

You will design software that people use to do their job, which is a different craft from designing something that photographs well. Research first, then flows, then interface — and a design system that survives handoff, because the version that ships is the only one that counts.

What you’ll do

• Run discovery: user interviews, journey mapping and the synthesis that turns them into decisions
• Design end-to-end product flows, from information architecture to high-fidelity interface
• Build and maintain design systems in Figma that engineers can implement without guessing
• Design to accessibility standards — contrast, focus order, target size — as part of the work
• Prototype and test with real users, and let the findings change the design
• Work alongside engineers through implementation, and review what actually shipped

What we’re looking for

• Four or more years designing digital products, with a portfolio showing your reasoning and not only screens
• Expert Figma, including components, variants and tokens
• Able to defend a design decision with research, and abandon one when the research disagrees
• Comfortable designing dense, information-heavy B2B interfaces

Nice to have

• Design-system ownership at scale
• Motion design or prototyping in Framer / Rive
• Front-end familiarity — enough HTML and CSS to know what is cheap and what is not
