Senior Angular Engineer

About the role

You will work on the parts of an application people feel rather than see: how fast it becomes usable, whether it stays smooth on a mid-range Android device, whether the component someone writes next month fits the system you left behind. We build with signals, zoneless change detection and SSR, and we care about the result on real hardware rather than a benchmark.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain Angular applications for enterprise clients, from architecture through to production support
• Own component and state design in a signals-first, zoneless codebase
• Work with SSR and prerendering, and keep hydration correct rather than merely working
• Hold the performance budget: Core Web Vitals, bundle size and what actually renders on a mid-range device
• Review pull requests — including AI-generated ones, which pass the same bar as any other
• Write the tests that let the next person change your code with confidence

What we’re looking for

• Five or more years building production Angular, including at least one large application you owned
• Deep TypeScript, RxJS where it earns its place, and a real understanding of change detection
• Comfortable with accessibility as a requirement rather than an afterthought
• Able to explain a technical trade-off to a client without retreating into jargon
