Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 August 2026

Introduction

ITLabz Technology (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. It is written to meet India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”).

Reading this website does not require you to give us any personal data, and browsing it is not treated as consent. Where we do need consent — submitting a form, or using the site assistant — you give it by taking that action, having been told first what it involves.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, phone number and message — when you submit a contact, careers or enquiry form.

We also collect limited technical data automatically, including IP address, browser type and pages visited, to improve our site and security.

Your browser also stores your light or dark theme preference on your own device. It never reaches our servers and is not used to identify you.

How we use your information

To respond to your enquiries and provide our services; to improve our website and offerings; to send relevant communications you have requested; and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts of any kind. There is nothing to consent to and no banner to dismiss.

The only thing stored on your device is your theme preference, kept in your browser’s local storage. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Site assistant

This site offers an optional assistant that answers questions about our services. It only runs if you open it. The questions you type, the page you asked from, an anonymous session identifier and a one-way hash of your IP address are sent to our servers so we can generate an answer and prevent abuse.

Please do not enter personal or confidential information into the assistant. It answers only from the public content of this website and has no access to any client system or client data.

Assistant conversations are retained for 30 days for abuse prevention and quality review, then deleted. They are not used to train any model. If you would like a conversation deleted sooner, contact us at info@itlabz.in.

Where your data is processed

Our servers are in India, and form submissions and site data are held there.

The site assistant is the one exception. To generate an answer, the text you type and the page you asked from are sent to a third-party AI model provider whose infrastructure may be outside India. Nothing else you give us is sent there, and the provider is contractually barred from using it to train models. If you would rather not have anything leave India, use the contact form or email us instead — the assistant is entirely optional.

Data security & retention

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the data we hold — encryption in transit, least-privilege access and access logging — and retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described.

Enquiry and application data is kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, and then deleted. Site assistant conversations are kept for 30 days. You can ask us to delete either sooner.

If something goes wrong

If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and every affected person, without undue delay, describing what happened, what data was involved and what you can do about it.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. Under the DPDP Act, processing a child’s data requires verifiable parental consent — so if you are under 18, please do not submit a form or use the assistant without a parent or guardian. If you believe we hold a child’s data, contact our Grievance Officer below and we will delete it.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it; to have it corrected, completed, updated or erased; and to grievance redressal.

You also have the right to nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated. Tell us in writing who you nominate and we will record it.

To exercise any of these, email info@itlabz.in. We respond within 30 days.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it — one email to info@itlabz.in with the word “withdraw” is enough, and you do not have to give a reason.

We will stop processing your data and delete it within 30 days, unless we are required to keep it by law. Withdrawing does not make anything we did beforehand unlawful, and the only consequence is that we can no longer respond to the enquiry or application it related to.

Grievance Officer

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data or a request about it, contact our Grievance Officer:

Grievance Officer, ITLabz Technology, Tower B, Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201309, India. Email: info@itlabz.in.

We acknowledge every grievance within 7 days and resolve it within 30. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
